8″ grilled flour tortilla (2 per person), black beans, seasoned rice, choice of 2 proteins, our famous queso cheese dip, shredded cheese, lettuce, pico de gallo, island sauce (a secret recipe), sour cream, and our legendary guacamole made from real avocado (we peel it… we mash it). Also comes with chips, medium salsa and cookies for dessert. Caterings for 25 people or more come with wire racks and sternos to keep the hot food hot for several hours.
